A Guide to First-timers


Class Duration:
60-minutes

Class Style:
It is a mind and body program that combines isometric holds, dynamic movement and recovery stretches. This comes in a group fitness class or in a one-on-one session with our highly-trained instructor.

What to do:
Make sure that you are well-nourished and well-rested before the session. Come 10-15 minutes early. Teachers orient first-time students before class starts.

What to wear:
Comfortable form-fitting clothes. Non-slip socks or any foot cover with a good grip designed for studio use only.

What to bring:
Water bottle. Towel. Change of clothes.
