Open-level. Follow a vigorous pace moving through a sequence of postures designed to shape and lift the entire body.
Foundations. Sequence of postures but at a slower pace and in different tone. Advanced, faster pace with more options to increase the intensity in each posture.
Pre-requisite. Minimum of 6 MONTHS consistent barre3 practice and a strong undestanding of this technique.
